Chain of custody from minute zero
Every collection starts with a written quote and an itemised manifest. On the day, our DBS-checked driver arrives in a uniformed van you've been told to expect, scans each item against the manifest, and signs the chain-of-custody form with you. From that signature, every device is logged at every step until its final outcome — refurbished, resold, or recycled.

There is no hard minimum, but free collection applies to batches of 10+ devices in our service area. Smaller batches and one-offs are quoted individually.
Where do you collect from?
Watford, Hertfordshire, and London as standard. UK-wide collections are arranged by appointment — typically within 5 working days.
Are your drivers vetted?
Yes. All drivers are DBS-checked, uniformed, and named on your collection manifest before they arrive on site.
Can you handle stairs / no lift?
Yes. Brief us in advance on access, floor, and parking. We'll quote labour separately if a hand-ball is needed.
Can collections be after hours?
Yes. Out-of-hours, weekend, and pre-occupancy clearances are available — useful for offices, schools, and live retail environments.
