Live impact

Real numbers. Real planet. Real difference.

Each figure tracks back to a serialised device, a transfer note, and a destruction certificate. We publish them because the industry doesn't.

What we do

A complete circular IT lifecycle.

From collection to certificate. From wipe to refurbish. From shredder to second life. One licensed partner, one signed audit trail.

Our framework

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

Every device that arrives at our Watford workshop goes through Tushar's signature triage. It's how we make sure nothing valuable gets shredded — and nothing dangerous gets resold.

Refurbished · Redeployed · Resold

Devices that pass triage are cleaned, tested, certified, and returned to service — back to your fleet, redeployed in a school, or sold on as A-grade refurbished. Maximum life. Maximum value back.

The evidence pack

A certificate per drive. Bundled by collection.

Most ITAD firms hand back a single page. We give you serial-tied evidence for every drive — the level your auditor actually wants.

Tushar Patel — founder of MakeITgood

The founder story

Tushar refused to be written off. He treats every device the same way.

Tushar Patel contracted polio as a child. It paralysed his legs. It didn't stop him.

By seventeen, he'd won two Gold, two Silver and two Bronze at the World Wheelchair Games. He won the Great North Run, came second in the London Marathon, held the British 10,000m record, and summarised the 2004 Athens Paralympics on television.

Twenty years in IT later, he watched perfectly good technology being thrown away — and started MakeITgood with his brother Amit. The name comes from his life philosophy: refuse to let things go to waste.
