We default to half-term and end-of-term collections. Out-of-hours is fine if it isn't. Our drivers know the difference between a primary school's lunchtime traffic and a sixth-form's coursework deadline.

Safeguarding-grade chain of custody

SEND devices, pupil-assigned laptops, and any drive flagged for safeguarding reasons are physically destroyed by default — never wiped and resold. Standard staff devices follow NIST 800-88 wipe + certificate. Every device is logged, every outcome documented.

Buy-back to keep value in the school

The most carbon-friendly thing a school can do with old kit is keep it in the school. We refurbish and offer buy-back at preferential pricing — perfect for staff laptops, after-school clubs, community lending schemes, and IT clubs.
