Refurbishment — the work that actually matters.
Most ITAD companies talk about reuse. We do it. A real workshop, real engineers, real tools — and refurbished kit that comes with a warranty.

Refurbishment is the difference between recycling and circular economy. Recycling recovers materials. Refurbishment keeps the embedded carbon, the engineering, and the value of a working machine alive for another three to five years.
A workshop, not a wholesale flip
Most "refurbishers" are graders — they test the screen turns on, slap a label on, and ship. We strip down to the component. Tushar, our founder, built this company around hands-on repair, and that's still how we work. Failed batteries, failed fans, swollen cells, broken hinges, knackered keyboards — all repairable, all repaired in Watford.
Grading you can trust
Grade A: as-new cosmetic, full battery health. Grade B: minor cosmetic, >80% battery. Grade C: functional but visible wear. Each unit is photographed, scored, and logged. No surprises on arrival.
Where the kit goes
Direct buy-back to your team. Redeployment within your org. Sale to charities and schools at cost+. And public sale through Back Market and eBay — where being a five-star refurbisher is a hard-won, easy-to-lose reputation. We've kept ours.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you need? Our team replies to every quote enquiry within one working day.
Ask us directlyWhat does refurbishment actually involve?
A full functional test, component-level repair where viable, secure data wipe to NIST 800-88, fresh OS install, cosmetic clean, and grading (A/B/C). Each unit is logged with serial number, spec, grade, and outcome.
Who buys refurbished kit from you?
Some goes back to the original client at a discount. The rest is sold through Back Market, eBay, and direct B2B sales. Charities and schools get priority pricing on suitable units.
What's the warranty?
Six months as standard on all Grade A and Grade B units, extendable to twelve months on request. Warranty covers functional failure, not user damage.
Do you share resale revenue?
Yes. For batches with resale value above our processing cost, we offer a revenue-share model. The terms are written into your quote.
Why is refurbishment better than new?
Manufacturing a single new laptop emits around 300 kg of CO₂e. Refurbishing one displaces almost all of that. The grid will get cleaner; the embedded carbon in your old laptop will not.
