Every refurbished device sold by MakeITgood comes with a six-month return-to-base warranty as standard. Twelve-month extensions are available at checkout for laptops and desktops.
What's covered?
Hardware faults — anything that isn't user damage, liquid ingress, or normal wear on cosmetic parts. Battery health is guaranteed at 80%+ on day one; we replace cells that fall outside that within the warranty window.
How do returns work?
Email support@makeitgood.uk with your order number. We email a prepaid label, repair or replace within 5 working days, and ship back tracked. No-quibble 14-day refund window from delivery.
What about software?
Devices ship with a clean install of Windows 11 Pro or Ubuntu LTS (your choice at order). Drivers are pre-installed and tested. Software bugs caused by your own installs aren't covered, but we'll always help you re-image.
Do you cover business buyers?
Yes — bulk orders include a single point of contact, swap-out spares for fleets over 25 devices, and SLA-backed response times on request.
